Its purpose is to help visitors locate Beaufort County and South Carolina public-record resources.
Nature of the Service
The site organizes links and explanatory material about county jail releases, state corrections, parole and probation, courts, and federal custody. It stores no official government record and cannot confirm custody, release anyone, post bond, or file a request or court document for a visitor.
Some pages connect visitors with independent research tools. Those services remain separate businesses governed by their own terms.
